Vegan Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 large apple, peeled and chopped
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch of sea salt
- Around 1 cup almond milk
- 1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
Toppings
- Toppings of your choice
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except toppings in a saucepan over medium heat.
Stir occasionally and cook until the oatmeal is creamy and the apple is tender, about 5-10 minutes.
Remove from heat and let it rest for 1 minute.
Serve in a bowl and add desired toppings.
