Quick Oats Breakfast with Fruits and Spices
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- pinch of salt
- pinch of cinnamon
- pinch of cardamom
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- about 1/2 cup hot water
- ripe mango
- banana
- blueberries
Preparation
Stir together the oats, flax seed, salt, cinnamon, cardamom, and maple syrup.
Add small amounts of hot water until the desired thickness is achieved. Approximately 1/2 cup was used.
Top with ripe mango, banana, and blueberries.
