Chocolate Avo Mousse
Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado ?3 tsp of cacao powder ?3 tbsp plant milk (I used cashew)
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp of water (add more or less for desired consistency)
- 1 scoop (25g) vanilla protein powder ?1 heaped tbsp ground almonds
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth
Keep refrigerated
Note- I’ve tried this a few times to find that you need a ripe avocado to achieve a completely smooth mixture- this one was a tad lumpy hehe (still tastes just as good
