10 Minute Applesauce

Ingredients

  • 4-5 apples
  • 2-3 tbsp if water

Preparation

  1. Peel, core & chop 4-5 apples. Cut into thumb sized chunks, add 2-3 tbsp if water and then cover with a bowl. ⁣

  2. Microwave on high (1000w) for 4 minutes. Mix and and then microwave for another 4 minutes. The apples should be soft but still intact. ⁣

  3. Carefully remove the cover and blend until smooth. Add 1-2 tbsp if water if needed or to achieve your desired consistency. Once fully cooled, keep in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze (I like to add them to ice cube trays) for up to 4 months. ⁣
