Banana-free Holiday Spiced Pear Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 pear, any type, sliced
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 large scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp chai spice

Preparation

  1. Blend the ingredients together.

  2. Top with star anise for decoration, sliced pear, almond yogurt, almond butter, grain-free granola, and rose petals.
