Quick and Easy 3-Ingredient Mango Sorbet
Ingredients
- 4 Mangoes
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup water
Preparation
Cut the mangoes into 1/2 inch cubes. Cover and freeze on a baking tray for a minimum of 4 hours.
In a food processor, add the frozen mango, water, and honey. Mix until the mixture is smooth.
Remove from food processor and scoop into a deep tray.
Freeze again for at least one additional hour.
