Quick and Easy 3-Ingredient Mango Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 4 Mangoes
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup water

Preparation

  1. Cut the mangoes into 1/2 inch cubes. Cover and freeze on a baking tray for a minimum of 4 hours.

  2. In a food processor, add the frozen mango, water, and honey. Mix until the mixture is smooth.

  3. Remove from food processor and scoop into a deep tray.

  4. Freeze again for at least one additional hour.
