Easy Three-Ingredient Mango Sorbet
Ingredients
- 4 Mangoes
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup water
Preparation
Cut the mangoes into 1/2 inch cubes, cover and freeze on a baking tray for a minimum of 4 hours
In a food processor, add the frozen mango, water, and honey and mix until the mixture is smooth
Remove from food processor and scoop into a deep tray
Freeze again for at least one additional hour
