Turmeric Ginger Wellness Shot
Ingredients
- 1-2 tbsp turmeric powder
- 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 large carrot
- 1-2 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
- 4 cups water
Preparation
Blend all ingredients on high until fully combined
Strain into bowl and transfer to large glass to store in fridge
