Turmeric Ginger Wellness Shot

Ingredients

  • 1-2 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1-2 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp fresh cracked black pepper
  • 4 cups water

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients on high until fully combined

  2. Strain into bowl and transfer to large glass to store in fridge
