Blackberry Coconut Energy Balls
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt (I used @siggisdairy )
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 2 tbsp. water
- 4-6 blackberries or raspberries (mashed)
- 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder (I used @bobsredmill )
- Optional: 1 tsp. pure agave/honey
Preparation
Stir everything together.
Roll into balls.
Store in the fridge for up to a week.
