Blackberry Coconut Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt (I used @siggisdairy )
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • 4-6 blackberries or raspberries (mashed)
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder (I used @bobsredmill )
  • Optional: 1 tsp. pure agave/honey

Preparation

  1. Stir everything together.

  2. Roll into balls.

  3. Store in the fridge for up to a week.
