No-Bake Coconut Cinnamon Energy Balls
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 tbsp. ceylon cinnamon
- 2 tbsp. honey or pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup sunflower seed butter
Add-ins
- one scoop collagen
- 1 tsp. hemp seeds
- 1 tsp. chia seeds
Preparation
Roll dough into balls.
Coat the balls in a little extra coconut flour.
Store in the fridge for up to a week.
