No-Bake Coconut Cinnamon Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp. ceylon cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp. honey or pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seed butter

Add-ins

  • one scoop collagen
  • 1 tsp. hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp. chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Roll dough into balls.

  2. Coat the balls in a little extra coconut flour.

  3. Store in the fridge for up to a week.
