Healthy Cashew Butter Energy Balls Snack

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp. ceylon cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. maca powder
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp. flax meal
  • 1 tbsp. hemp seeds
  • 3 tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup cashew butter

Preparation

  1. Blend gluten-free oats to make oat flour if not already prepared.

  2. Stir all ingredients together in a bowl.

  3. Roll the mixture into balls, which should make about 7-8 balls.

  4. Optionally, coat the balls in a little more almond flour.

  5. Store the energy balls in the fridge to keep them extra chewy.

  6. Customize the recipe by using different nut or seed butters based on availability.
