Healthy Cashew Butter Energy Balls Snack
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp. ceylon cinnamon
- 1 tsp. maca powder
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 tbsp. flax meal
- 1 tbsp. hemp seeds
- 3 tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup cashew butter
Preparation
Blend gluten-free oats to make oat flour if not already prepared.
Stir all ingredients together in a bowl.
Roll the mixture into balls, which should make about 7-8 balls.
Optionally, coat the balls in a little more almond flour.
Store the energy balls in the fridge to keep them extra chewy.
Customize the recipe by using different nut or seed butters based on availability.
