No-Bake Healthy Matcha Bites
Ingredients
Base
- 1 cup chickpeas/white beans
- 1 cup dates
- 2 tbsp cashew butter (or any nut butter of choice)
- 3-4 tbsp oat flour
Matcha layer
- 1 cup cashews (soaked in hot water for at least 20 minutes)
- 3-4 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp oat flour
- 1 tsp Unicorn Superfoods Matcha Powder
Chocolate coating
- Melted chocolate as needed
Preparation
Add everything to a blender and mix until combined for the base.
Make small balls and flatten them.
Add everything to a blender and mix until combined for the matcha layer.
Pour in on top of the base.
Then cover your bites in melted chocolate.
Store in the fridge or in the freezer.
