Mars Bar Inspired Chocolate Cups

Ingredients

Chocolate base

  • 40g Melted Chocolate

Nougat

  • 3 tbs Almond Meal
  • 3 tbs Chocolate Protein
  • 2 tbs Maple Syrup
  • 1 tbs Coconut Oil

Caramel

  • 2 tbs Caramel PB+
  • 1 tbs Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp Maple Syrup

Chocolate ganache topping

  • 30g Melted Chocolate
  • 2 tbs Almond Milk

Preparation

  1. Make each layer separately and pour into muffin liners.

  2. Put in the fridge to set between each layer.

  3. Store in the fridge for a week or the freezer for even longer.
