Moist Chocolate Zucchini Muffins with Protein
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup chocolate protein powder
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 cup shredded zucchini
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
Squeeze out excess water from the shredded zucchini.
Melt the coconut oil.
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 22-25 minutes.
