Chocolate Chip Blondie Bars

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup almond butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup chickpea flour
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or ghee
  • dash of cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp vegan chocolate chips
  • Pinch of sea salt

Preparation

  1. Mix all wet ingredients in a large bowl until creamy.

  2. Add dry ingredients and mix well.

  3. Transfer to a bread loaf pan and top with chocolate chips.

  4. Bake at 350 for 17-20 minutes.
