Delicious Gluten-Free Vegan PB Protein Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 C @santacruzorganic PB (no sugar added)
  • 1/8 C @swervesweetie granulated sweetener
  • 1 tsp @simplyorganicfoods Madagascar Vanilla
  • 2 scoops @amazinggrass plant based collagen protein
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2/3 c @bobsredmill rolled oats
  • 1/4 c @navitasorganics hemp seeds
  • 1/4 c @sunfood cacao nibs
  • 1/4 c golden flax seeds
  • 1/4 c chia seeds
  • 1/2 c @lilys_sweets keto chocolate chips
  • 2-4 TBSP water

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients except water using a hand mixer. Add water 1 TBSP at a time until dough is holding together.

  2. Form into 25 balls and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Keep in fridge for easy snacking all week!

  3. Each bite has 100 cal, 5g protein, 5g carbs, and 7g fat.
