Delicious Gluten-Free Vegan PB Protein Bites
Ingredients
- 1 C @santacruzorganic PB (no sugar added)
- 1/8 C @swervesweetie granulated sweetener
- 1 tsp @simplyorganicfoods Madagascar Vanilla
- 2 scoops @amazinggrass plant based collagen protein
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2/3 c @bobsredmill rolled oats
- 1/4 c @navitasorganics hemp seeds
- 1/4 c @sunfood cacao nibs
- 1/4 c golden flax seeds
- 1/4 c chia seeds
- 1/2 c @lilys_sweets keto chocolate chips
- 2-4 TBSP water
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except water using a hand mixer. Add water 1 TBSP at a time until dough is holding together.
Form into 25 balls and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Keep in fridge for easy snacking all week!
Each bite has 100 cal, 5g protein, 5g carbs, and 7g fat.
