Chocolate and Peanut Butter Protein Bites
Ingredients
- 1/2 C @santacruzorganic peanut butter
- 1/8 C @justdatesyrup date or @swervesweetie
- 1 tsp @simplyorganicfoods madagascar vanilla
- 1 scoop @amazinggrass vegan glow collagen protein (flavorless)
- 1/4 c @natierrasuperfoods unsweetened cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 C @bobsredmill GF rolled oats
- 1/8 C @navitasorganics hemp seeds
- 1/8 c @sunfood cacao nibs
- 1/8 c unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1/4 c @lilys_sweets keto chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp water
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except water using a hand mixer. Test the consistency and add water 1 tbsp at a time if needed until dough holds together.
Roll into balls and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before eating! Keep in fridge to snack on all week!
