Chocolate and Peanut Butter Protein Bites

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C @santacruzorganic peanut butter
  • 1/8 C @justdatesyrup date or @swervesweetie
  • 1 tsp @simplyorganicfoods madagascar vanilla
  • 1 scoop @amazinggrass vegan glow collagen protein (flavorless)
  • 1/4 c @natierrasuperfoods unsweetened cacao powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 C @bobsredmill GF rolled oats
  • 1/8 C @navitasorganics hemp seeds
  • 1/8 c @sunfood cacao nibs
  • 1/8 c unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 c @lilys_sweets keto chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp water

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients except water using a hand mixer. Test the consistency and add water 1 tbsp at a time if needed until dough holds together.

  2. Roll into balls and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before eating! Keep in fridge to snack on all week!
