Homemade Chocolate Peanut Butter Easter Eggs

Ingredients

Peanut butter filling

  • 100g powdered peanut butter
  • 7g coconut oil
  • 15g sugar free syrup
  • 30g vanilla soy isolate protein
  • 1/2 cup water

Chocolate coating

  • 100g dark melting chocolate
  • 7g coconut oil

Preparation

  1. Melt the coconut oil before mixing the ingredients.

  2. Mix all the peanut butter filling ingredients together in a bowl.

  3. Shape the mixture into Easter eggs and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes to firm up.

  4. Meanwhile, combine and melt the chocolate coating ingredients.

  5. Dip the chilled peanut butter eggs into the melted chocolate and place on a rack to harden.

  6. If needed, refrigerate for another 10 minutes to fully harden the chocolate.

  7. Store the eggs in the fridge; they can last up to a week.

  8. Tip: You can eat them immediately if desired.
