Chocolate and Peanut Butter Puffed Rice Cups
Ingredients
- 100g brown puffed rice
- 150g 70% dark chocolate
- 60g deep roast smooth peanut butter
Preparation
Melt the chocolate and peanut butter together.
Add in the puffed rice and mix well until fully coated.
Divide the mixture into a cupcake tray and gently press down to compact.
Leave to set in the fridge for 2 hours.
