Chocolate and Peanut Butter Puffed Rice Cups

Ingredients

  • 100g brown puffed rice
  • 150g 70% dark chocolate
  • 60g deep roast smooth peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Melt the chocolate and peanut butter together.

  2. Add in the puffed rice and mix well until fully coated.

  3. Divide the mixture into a cupcake tray and gently press down to compact.

  4. Leave to set in the fridge for 2 hours.
