Three-Ingredient Chocolate Rice Cakes
Ingredients
- 100g puffed rice
- 130g 70% dark chocolate
- 60g tahini or any nut or seed butter
Preparation
Line a tray with greaseproof paper.
Melt the chocolate with the tahini or nut butter using a bain-marie or microwave.
Pour over the puffed rice and mix until the rice is fully coated.
Use a ring mould or a spoon to create the rice cake shape on the baking tray.
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours to set.
