Three-Ingredient Chocolate Rice Cakes

Ingredients

  • 100g puffed rice
  • 130g 70% dark chocolate
  • 60g tahini or any nut or seed butter

Preparation

  1. Line a tray with greaseproof paper.

  2. Melt the chocolate with the tahini or nut butter using a bain-marie or microwave.

  3. Pour over the puffed rice and mix until the rice is fully coated.

  4. Use a ring mould or a spoon to create the rice cake shape on the baking tray.

  5. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours to set.
