2-Ingredient Healthy Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients

  • 225g 70% dark chocolate
  • 120g smooth peanut butter (runny)

Toppings

  • 10g 70% dark chocolate
  • Sea salt flakes

Preparation

  1. Melt the dark chocolate using a Bain Marie or microwave.

  2. Stir in the peanut butter.

  3. Either pour into a silicon ice cube tray or a small lined baking tray. Make the fudge as thick as you prefer.

  4. Freeze for 15 minutes or until set.

  5. Remove from the mould or tray.

  6. Cut into pieces if a tray was used.

  7. Drizzle with melted dark chocolate and a small sprinkle of sea salt flakes.
