5-Ingredient Popcorn Peanut Butter Chocolate Bark

Ingredients

  • 150 g dark vegan chocolate (can use chocolate chips)
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • handful popped popcorn
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • pinch of sea salt flakes

Preparation

  1. Melt the chocolate and spread it onto baking paper, saving about 0.5 tablespoon for the final drizzle. Make the layer 3-5 mm thick.

  2. Drizzle the peanut butter over the chocolate.

  3. Sprinkle the popcorn, pumpkin seeds, and sea salt on top.

  4. Drizzle the remaining chocolate over the toppings.

  5. Let it set in the fridge for about an hour.
