Gluten-Free Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 150 ml gluten free oats (can use regular if not gluten-free)
- 2 tbsp peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
- 2 tbsp dark vegan chocolate
Preparation
Preheat oven to 200°C/390°F.
Mash the banana with a fork in a bowl.
Add oats and peanut butter and stir to form a batter.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Divide the batter into 4 portions on the tray and shape into round cookies about 1.5 cm thick.
Bake in the middle of the oven until golden brown, about 25 minutes.
Let cool for a few minutes.
Melt the dark chocolate and drizzle it over the cookies.
