Healthy Chocolate Fudge Bites
Ingredients
- 120g smooth almond butter (sub for any smooth nut butter)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 3-4 tbsp light syrup
- 100g banana, peeled
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
Topping
- Cacao nibs (optional)
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients together until there are no lumps and the mixture is silky smooth.
Pour into a silicon ice cube tray or into a small lined baking tray. Sprinkle with a few cacao nibs if using.
Freeze for 3-4 hours to set. Cut into pieces if using a tray or remove from the ice cube tray if using. Store in the fridge leaving space between each one.
