Healthy Chocolate Fudge Bites

Ingredients

  • 120g smooth almond butter (sub for any smooth nut butter)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3-4 tbsp light syrup
  • 100g banana, peeled
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

Topping

  • Cacao nibs (optional)

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients together until there are no lumps and the mixture is silky smooth.

  2. Pour into a silicon ice cube tray or into a small lined baking tray. Sprinkle with a few cacao nibs if using.

  3. Freeze for 3-4 hours to set. Cut into pieces if using a tray or remove from the ice cube tray if using. Store in the fridge leaving space between each one.
