Chocolate Coconut Almond Clusters

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup coconut chunks or shredded coconut
  • Sea salt

Preparation

  1. Melt 1/2 cup chocolate chips and 2 teaspoons coconut oil.

  2. Stir in 1/2 cup almonds and 1/2 cup coconut chunks or shredded coconut.

  3. Scoop the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper; you may need to adjust with your hands.

  4. Sprinkle with sea salt.

  5. Freeze for 30 minutes.

  6. Store in the freezer.
