Chocolate Coconut Almond Clusters
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup coconut chunks or shredded coconut
- Sea salt
Preparation
Melt 1/2 cup chocolate chips and 2 teaspoons coconut oil.
Stir in 1/2 cup almonds and 1/2 cup coconut chunks or shredded coconut.
Scoop the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper; you may need to adjust with your hands.
Sprinkle with sea salt.
Freeze for 30 minutes.
Store in the freezer.
