Grilled Banana-Stuffed Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich
Ingredients
- Coconut oil
- 2 pieces of sourdough
- homemade blackberry jam
- @maranathanutbutters organic creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 banana
Preparation
Spray pan with coconut oil over medium heat.
Spread peanut butter on one piece of bread and chia jam on the other.
Place the banana coins on the peanut butter side and place the bread with jelly over top.
Grill in pan for 3-4 minutes per side depending on heat.
Devour the sandwich.
