Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp Coconut oil
  • 3 Tbsp Coconut cream
  • 3 Tbsp Raw cacao powder
  • 2 Tbsp Rice malt syrup - adjust for your preferred sweetness
  • 1 scoop chocolate low FODMAP protein powder

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Transfer the mixture to the freezer or fridge to set, which takes about 20 minutes or less for a softer consistency.

  3. Top with any desired toppings to complement the flavor, such as shredded coconut or raspberries.
