Super Easy 5-Ingredient Raw Fudge
Ingredients
- 4 Tbsp Coconut oil
- 3 Tbsp Coconut cream
- 3 Tbsp Raw cacao powder
- 2 Tbsp Rice malt syrup - adjust for your preferred sweetness
- 1 scoop chocolate low FODMAP protein powder
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Transfer the mixture to the freezer or fridge to set, which takes about 20 minutes or less for a softer consistency.
Top with any desired toppings to complement the flavor, such as shredded coconut or raspberries.
