Vegan Gluten-Free Crispy Rice Treats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vegan butter
- 1 bag vegan gluten-free marshmallows
- 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 cups puffed rice
- 1 bar Lily's Sweets chocolate
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- Maldon sea salt
Preparation
In a large pot, melt the butter.
Add the marshmallows and melt them.
Once melted, add vanilla and peanut butter, and stir to combine.
Add the puffed rice and mix thoroughly.
Grease or line an 8.5x8.5 baking dish with parchment, then firmly press the mixture in.
Place in the fridge to set.
Chop a bar of Lily's Sweets chocolate and melt it with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil.
Spread the chocolate on top of the crispies and sprinkle with Maldon sea salt.
Wait until set, then heat a sharp knife to slice.
