Banana Almond Butter Chocolate Bites

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp of almond butter
  • 150g vegan dark chocolate
  • place the tray in the freezer for an hour.

Preparation

  1. Slice the bananas into 1 cm slices. Lay half of the banana slices out onto a cooling rack on top of a baking tray lined with parchment

  2. Spoon 1/4 tsp of almond butter onto each slice then top with the other half of the banana slices

  3. Place the tray in the freezer for an hour

  4. Just before you take them out, melt the chocolate over a Bain Marie (put a glass bowl over a saucepan full of water and warm over a medium heat until the chocolate has melted)

  5. Take the slices out of the freezer and spoon over the chocolate, allowing the chocolate to drip over the sides

  6. Return the tray to the freezer for another hour

  7. They are delish straight from the freezer but let them thaw for a few mins if you prefer. Keep in the fridge for a week
