Soft and Chewy Vanilla Almond Bars
Ingredients
Crust
- 2 cups almond flour
- 2 scoops Vanilla Bone Broth Protein
- 2/3 cup agave or maple syrup
Filling
- 1/2 cup almond butter or more
Topping
- 2 dark chocolate bars or more
- 1-2 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
- Pinch of salt (optional)
Preparation
Line an 8x8 dish with parchment paper.
In a big bowl, stir together the crust ingredients.
Press the crust dough into the 8x8 pan and top with almond butter.
Melt chocolate (optional: with coconut oil mixed in) and pour over almond butter layer (optional: add a little salt on top)
Freeze for at least an hour, remove the parchment paper from the dish, and cut slices. Enjoy.
