Soft and Chewy Vanilla Almond Bars

Ingredients

Crust

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2 scoops Vanilla Bone Broth Protein
  • 2/3 cup agave or maple syrup

Filling

  • 1/2 cup almond butter or more

Topping

  • 2 dark chocolate bars or more
  • 1-2 tbsp coconut oil (optional)
  • Pinch of salt (optional)

Preparation

  1. Line an 8x8 dish with parchment paper.

  2. In a big bowl, stir together the crust ingredients.

  3. Press the crust dough into the 8x8 pan and top with almond butter.

  4. Melt chocolate (optional: with coconut oil mixed in) and pour over almond butter layer (optional: add a little salt on top)

  5. Freeze for at least an hour, remove the parchment paper from the dish, and cut slices. Enjoy.
