Easy Sweet Potato Almond Butter Brownies
Ingredients
- 1 baked large sweet potato
- 2 tbsp of almond butter
- 2 tbsp of dark cocoa powder
Preparation
Blend the baked sweet potato and almond butter with a hand mixer or blender until smooth.
Add in the cocoa powder and mix until well combined and the mixture is smooth.
Spread the dough into a small baking tray.
Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 30 minutes.
Allow the brownies to cool before cutting into squares.
