Easy Sweet Potato Almond Butter Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 baked large sweet potato
  • 2 tbsp of almond butter
  • 2 tbsp of dark cocoa powder

Preparation

  1. Blend the baked sweet potato and almond butter with a hand mixer or blender until smooth.

  2. Add in the cocoa powder and mix until well combined and the mixture is smooth.

  3. Spread the dough into a small baking tray.

  4. Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 30 minutes.

  5. Allow the brownies to cool before cutting into squares.
