Simple Vegan Chickpea Cookie Dough
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas rinsed
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup almond butter (peanut butter works too)
- 1 tsp vanilla paste (or extract)
- 2 tbsp almond milk or milk of choice
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (I used a bar and cut it into chunks)
Preparation
Add all ingredients except milk and chocolate chips to a food processor and blitz until smooth and thick.
Slowly add in milk depending on the consistency you want.
Stir in chocolate chips.
