Chocolate Fudge Brownie Protein Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 C soft medjool dates (about 10 of them)
  • 3/4 C pecans
  • 1/2 C cashews
  • 1/3 C unsweetened powdered peanut butter
  • 1/3 C raw unsweetened cacao powder
  • 1/2 C hemp seed
  • 1/4 C ground flax seed
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 TBSP vanilla extract
  • 1-3 TBSP water
  • 1/2 C lily’s dark chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients except water and chocolate chips to a food processor.

  2. Turn on high until ingredients are fully combined. Add water 1 tablespoon at a time and mix on high until a doughy fudgey texture is reached.

  3. Stir in chocolate chips, roll into bite-sized balls and press on additional chocolate chips.

  4. Store in an airtight container on the counter for up to 7 days or in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
