Thumbprint Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients

  • mash 1 banana. Add 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp steel cut oats (optional but adds texture)
  • cinnamon
  • and 1 tbsp chia seeds (or any seed)

Preparation

  1. Stir to combine

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and form the mixture into 3 cookies

  3. Press down in the center and fill with jam of choice

  4. Bake at 350F for 7-9 mins
