Easy Quinoa Seed Crackers
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 3/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/3 cup sesame seeds
- Sea salt & black pepper, to taste
Preparation
Mix chia seeds with water and let sit for 10-15 minutes to form a gel.
Add cooked quinoa, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sea salt, and black pepper; stir until well combined.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until crisp and golden.
Allow to cool completely and break into cracker-sized pieces.
