Easy Quinoa Seed Crackers

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3/4 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/3 cup sesame seeds
  • Sea salt & black pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Mix chia seeds with water and let sit for 10-15 minutes to form a gel.

  2. Add cooked quinoa, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sea salt, and black pepper; stir until well combined.

  3. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  4. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until crisp and golden.

  6. Allow to cool completely and break into cracker-sized pieces.
