Chai Chia Seed Overnight Pudding
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp rolled oats
- 3 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 medjool date (or 2 smaller)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon, ground
- 1/2 tsp cardamom, ground
- 1 cup soy milk, unsweetened
- Optional: frozen raspberries, tahini, cacao nibs for topping
Preparation
Let it sit overnight or for a couple of hours in the fridge.
