Chocolate Beet Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp. @natureswaybrands beet root powder
  • 1/2 tsp. cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp. cacao nibs
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 scoop collagen
  • 3 tbsp. almond butter
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 2 tbsp. almond milk

Preparation

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl

  2. Add wet ingredients and stir until well combined

  3. Form the mixture into small balls using your hands

  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up and set
