Sweet Potato Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

  • the soft flesh of 1 small roasted sweet potato
  • 2 tbsp of chia seeds (soaked in roughly 1/4 cup of almond milk for 5 minutes)
  • 1 tbsp of cacao
  • 1 tbsp of almond butter
  • 1 tbsp of coconut butter. All in a blender until smooth and creamy
  • they covered in even more goodies ✨ Chia seeds are a staple in my diet and I try to get in AT LEAST 2/4 tbsp per day

  • porridge or in a salad. They’re tiny but mighty
