
Sweet Potato Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients
- the soft flesh of 1 small roasted sweet potato
- 2 tbsp of chia seeds (soaked in roughly 1/4 cup of almond milk for 5 minutes)
- 1 tbsp of cacao
- 1 tbsp of almond butter
- 1 tbsp of coconut butter. All in a blender until smooth and creamy
