Refreshing Mango Chia Seeds Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 4 to 5 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 cups chopped ripe mango
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Put chopped mango slices in a food processor and puree until smooth.

  2. In a mason jar, add the remaining ingredients and the mango puree.

  3. Seal the jar tightly and shake vigorously until well blended, about 60 seconds.

  4. Refrigerate overnight or up to 4 hours.

  5. Serve directly from the jar with a spoon for a refreshing treat.
