Refreshing Mango Chia Seeds Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk
- 4 to 5 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 cups chopped ripe mango
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
Put chopped mango slices in a food processor and puree until smooth.
In a mason jar, add the remaining ingredients and the mango puree.
Seal the jar tightly and shake vigorously until well blended, about 60 seconds.
Refrigerate overnight or up to 4 hours.
Serve directly from the jar with a spoon for a refreshing treat.
