Soft and Gooey Green Banana Brownie Bites

Ingredients

  • 1.5 tbsp green banana flour
  • 2.5 tbsp almond flour
  • 1/2 scoop plant protein
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1.5 tbsp date syrup, maple or honey
  • 3 tbsp cashew butter or any nut butter
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • Cacao nibs
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut

Preparation

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.

  2. Refrigerate the mixture to harden for 10-15 minutes.

  3. Remove from fridge, stir in cacao nibs and roll into balls.

  4. Spoon 2 tablespoons of shredded coconut into a small bowl.

  5. Roll the balls in the coconut to coat.

  6. Store the finished balls in the fridge.
