Irresistible Plant-Based Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients
- 8 pitted medjool dates (pre-soaked)
- 2 medium ripe avocados
- 2 tbsp coconut cream
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 4 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Optional toppings
- fresh raspberries
- cacao nibs
- dark chocolate chips

- shredded coconut
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together until smooth
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set
Add optional toppings before serving
