Irresistible Plant-Based Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

  • 8 pitted medjool dates (pre-soaked)
  • 2 medium ripe avocados
  • 2 tbsp coconut cream
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 4 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Optional toppings

  • fresh raspberries
  • cacao nibs
  • dark chocolate chips
  • @hukitchen salty chocolate
  • shredded coconut

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth

  2. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set

  3. Add optional toppings before serving
