Creamy Coconut Turmeric Cauliflower N(oats) Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 cup riced raw cauliflower (frozen works too)
- 1 flax egg (1 tbsp ground flax + 1/2 tbsp water)
- 1/2 cup dairy free milk (coconut, almond, macadamia)
- Cinnamon + cardamom
- Optional: protein powder (I used @livwell_nutrition )
Toppings
- POOL of @spreadthelove
- shredded coconut
- pumpkin seeds
- cacao nibs
Preparation
Add coconut oil to saucepan, add cauliflower and toss.
Add cinnamon + cardamom + turmeric + “milk” and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Mix in flax egg and protein (if using) and stir till creamy.
Transfer to a bowl and add toppings!
