Cardamom Crusted Banana Chia Bowl

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 banana
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • cardamom
  • cinnamon
  • blueberries
  • cacao nibs
  • pumpkin seeds
  • flax seeds
  • goji berries
  • hemp seeds
  • Homemade Beet Ginger Seed Bar

Preparation

  1. Mix 2 tablespoons of chia seeds with 1/2 cup of coconut milk and let it sit overnight to prepare the chia pudding.

  2. Slice 1/4 of a banana and sauté it in 1 teaspoon of coconut oil, sprinkling cardamom and cinnamon, for about 3 minutes.

  3. Assemble the bowl by adding the sautéed bananas and toppings such as blueberries, cacao nibs, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, goji berries, hemp seeds, and Homemade Beet Ginger Seed Bar to the chia pudding.
