Baked Sweet Potato with Superfood Toppings
Ingredients
- Sweet potato
- Coconut oil
- Salt
- Banana
- Hazelnuts
- Chia seeds
- Hemp seeds
- Peanut butter
- Cacao nibs
- Chocolate
Preparation
Poke the sweet potato at multiple places.
Brush with coconut oil and sprinkle with salt.
Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes or more, depending on size, until soft.
Once cooked, break open the center with a knife.
Mash up the flesh.
Top with banana, hazelnuts, chia seeds, hemp seeds, peanut butter, cacao nibs, and chocolate
