Baked Sweet Potato with Superfood Toppings

Ingredients

  • Sweet potato
  • Coconut oil
  • Salt
  • Banana
  • Hazelnuts
  • Chia seeds
  • Hemp seeds
  • Peanut butter
  • Cacao nibs
  • Chocolate

Preparation

  1. Poke the sweet potato at multiple places.

  2. Brush with coconut oil and sprinkle with salt.

  3. Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes or more, depending on size, until soft.

  4. Once cooked, break open the center with a knife.

  5. Mash up the flesh.

  6. Top with banana, hazelnuts, chia seeds, hemp seeds, peanut butter, cacao nibs, and chocolate
