Refreshing Green Smoothie with Chia and Spirulina

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups water or unsweetened nut milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp hemp protein
  • 2 tsp SpiraVeg fresh spirulina
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 banana, frozen
  • Handful of greens (optional, but recommended)

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients except spirulina to a high-speed blender and pulse to combine.

  2. Stir in SpiraVeg fresh spirulina and enjoy.
