Refreshing Green Smoothie with Chia and Spirulina
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 1/2 cups water or unsweetened nut milk of choice
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp hemp protein
- 2 tsp SpiraVeg fresh spirulina
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 banana, frozen
- Handful of greens (optional, but recommended)
Preparation
Add all ingredients except spirulina to a high-speed blender and pulse to combine.
Stir in SpiraVeg fresh spirulina and enjoy.
