Vegan Kale Smoothie with Banana and Mango

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 2 dl frozen mango
  • 2 dates
  • 1 big handful of kale
  • 1 tsp hemp protein
  • 1/2 tsp spirulina powder
  • 2 dl water
  • 2 dl oatmilk

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
