Vegan Kale Smoothie with Banana and Mango
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 2 dl frozen mango
- 2 dates
- 1 big handful of kale
- 1 tsp hemp protein
- 1/2 tsp spirulina powder
- 2 dl water
- 2 dl oatmilk
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
