Gluten Free Apple Cinnamon Oats Breakfast

Ingredients

  • apples
  • water
  • cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats
  • approximately 1 cup almond milk
  • optional maple syrup

Toppings

  • pumpkin seeds
  • almond butter
  • coconut flakes
  • Brazil nuts

Preparation

  1. Sauté apples in water with cinnamon.

  2. Add 1/2 cup gluten free oats and approximately 1 cup almond milk.

  3. Simmer until fully heated through.

  4. Add extra cinnamon if desired.

  5. Optionally drizzle with maple syrup for sweetness.

  6. Top with pumpkin seeds, almond butter, coconut flakes, and Brazil nuts.
