Creamy Carrot Cake Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten free oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2-3 tbsp freshly grated carrot
- 1 cup nut milk
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom
Toppings
- Caramelized Banana
- Raisins
- Almond Butter
- Coconut Flakes
- Walnuts
Preparation
Soak the ingredients overnight.
In the morning, heat it up or eat it cold.
Add the toppings before serving.
