Creamy Carrot Cake Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten free oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2-3 tbsp freshly grated carrot
  • 1 cup nut milk
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom

Toppings

  • Caramelized Banana
  • Raisins
  • Almond Butter
  • Coconut Flakes
  • Walnuts

Preparation

  1. Soak the ingredients overnight.

  2. In the morning, heat it up or eat it cold.

  3. Add the toppings before serving.
