Homemade Low Sugar Cinnamon Granola

Ingredients

  • 3 cups gluten free oats
  • 1/8-1/4 cup date syrup
  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
  • 2 tsp cinnamon

Optional mix-ins

  • pumpkin seeds
  • coconut flakes
  • walnuts
  • raisins

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients together.

  2. Place on a baking pan with parchment paper.

  3. Spread evenly and pack down with hand.

  4. Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes until fully browned.

  5. Cool completely before adding mix-ins.
