Homemade Low Sugar Cinnamon Granola
Ingredients
- 3 cups gluten free oats
- 1/8-1/4 cup date syrup
- 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
- 2 tsp cinnamon
Optional mix-ins
- pumpkin seeds
- coconut flakes
- walnuts
- raisins
Preparation
Combine all ingredients together.
Place on a baking pan with parchment paper.
Spread evenly and pack down with hand.
Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes until fully browned.
Cool completely before adding mix-ins.
