Homemade Granola with Seeds and Nuts
Ingredients
- 2 cups Rolled oats (I use GF from @bobsredmill )
- 1/4 cup Flax seeds
- 1/4 cup Chia seeds
- 1/4 cup Hemp hearts
- 1/2 cup slivered Almonds
- 1/2 cup Pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup Sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup Coconut flakes
- 1/3 cup Honey
- 1/2 cup Coconut oil
- A few pinches of Sea salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 300°F.
Mix all ingredients together.
Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
Bake until toasty brown, checking every 5 minutes after 20 minutes.
