Homemade Granola with Seeds and Nuts

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rolled oats (I use GF from @bobsredmill )
  • 1/4 cup Flax seeds
  • 1/4 cup Chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup Hemp hearts
  • 1/2 cup slivered Almonds
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup Coconut flakes
  • 1/3 cup Honey
  • 1/2 cup Coconut oil
  • A few pinches of Sea salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.

  2. Mix all ingredients together.

  3. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.

  4. Bake until toasty brown, checking every 5 minutes after 20 minutes.
